Transitioning from College to Corporate

I had taken a long break from writing due to starting a new chapter in my life, which is my first job and the beginning of my career. Now that I have settled into this new role, I am ready to return to writing and continue pursuing my passions.

I was placed in my current company, all thanks to my alma mater, and its placement cell. So as a comeback, lets talk a bit about my transition phase, from college to corporate.

As a recent college graduate, transitioning to the corporate world can be both exciting and intimidating. While I was eager to take on new challenges and responsibilities, I also felt a bit overwhelmed by the prospect of entering a new and unfamiliar environment.

One of the challenges I have encountered during this transition is the shift in expectations. In college, I was used to having clear guidelines and deadlines for my work, and there was a clear structure in place to help me navigate my studies and achieve my goals. In the corporate world, however, the expectations are often more open-ended and ambiguous, and I am expected to take initiative and be proactive in my work. This can be challenging, as I am still learning how to navigate this new environment and figure out what is expected of me, and how to reach that level of expectations.
